Compass Mining Partners with SpiderPool for Reduced Pool Fees

Compass Mining has announced a strategic partnership with SpiderPool, one of the world's largest Bitcoin mining pools.

The collaboration will enable Compass Mining customers to access the FPPS payment method at a reduced pool fee of 1%, which is 75% lower than the standard rate of 4%. This move comes as the cryptocurrency mining industry focuses on cost efficiency due to narrowing margins and historically low hashprice.

By aggregating customer hashrate across its platform, Compass Mining can negotiate preferential rates typically reserved for larger operations. The partnership aims to provide a solution for customers seeking better pool fees and improved payout consistency.
