Ionic Digital Sets Nasdaq Debut Revenue Outlook at $190-$195M
Ionic Digital is preparing to debut on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker IOND, and in anticipation of this event, the company has released its first financial outlook. Ionic expects $47.5 million to $48.5 million in revenue for the second quarter and adjusted EBITDA of $36 million to $37 million during the same period. For the full year ending December 31, 2026, Ionic forecasts revenue of $190 million to $195 million and adjusted EBITDA of $137.5 million to $142.5 million.
The majority of Ionic's revenue is expected to come from digital infrastructure leasing, with around 90% to 92% of both quarterly and annual revenue projected to be from this source. This shift towards digital infrastructure leasing reflects Ionic's transition away from pure Bitcoin mining. In the first quarter, Ionic generated $44 million in digital infrastructure leasing revenue from its Ward County, Texas facility, while cryptocurrency mining revenue fell by approximately 82% year-over-year to $7.4 million.
Ionic was formed in January 2024 through the acquisition of Celsius Mining assets during the bankruptcy reorganization of Celsius Network. The company's registration statement has been declared effective by the US Securities and Exchange Commission, paving the way for its Nasdaq debut on July 28, 2026. Ionic will not raise any proceeds from this direct listing.
