Morgan Stanley Doubles Down on Chinese Humanoid Robot Projections

Morgan Stanley has increased its forecast for humanoid robot shipments from China to 50,000 units in 2026. This is a significant jump from their initial prediction of 14,000 units at the beginning of the year.

The bank attributes this rapid growth to the quick pace at which Chinese manufacturers are moving from exhibition to commercial deployments.

China already dominates global shipments, accounting for over 80% in 2025 with more than 16,000 humanoid robots deployed worldwide. The largest vendors include AGIBOT and Unitree, followed by UBTECH and Leju, according to a previous report by Cryptopolitan.
