Bitcoin Faces Renewed Selling Pressure Amid Shift in Speculative Appetite
Bitcoin's price has been under pressure lately, with a decline of over 16% in the past month.
According to Charles Schwab Director of Digital Currencies Research Jim Ferraioli, the selloff is due to a shift in speculative appetite towards other asset classes, particularly AI stocks and upcoming IPOs.
Ferraioli notes that crypto investors are primarily momentum chasers, rather than fundamental analysts, and that capital is quickly moving out of crypto and into these new opportunities.
