Binance Teams Up with BlockShoals for Philippine Expansion

Binance Services in the Philippines are made available through BlockShoals Technologies Inc., a company approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (SEC) to operate as a Crypto Asset Intermediary.

The approval was granted under the SEC Strategic Sandbox (MC No. 9, s. 2024, as supplemented by MC No. 4 and No. 5, s. 2025).

BlockShoals Technologies Inc. acts as an introducing intermediary and does not itself provide trading, custody, or brokerage services.

All Binance Services are provided by Binance's ADGM-regulated entities, authorized and supervised by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market.
