Strategy Inc., a prominent holder of Bitcoin, has marked a significant milestone in its accumulation journey by making its 100th Bitcoin purchase. According to a recent SEC filing, the company acquired 592 BTC between February 17 and February 22, 2026, for approximately $39.8 million.

The average price paid per coin, including fees and expenses, was $67,286. This latest acquisition has increased Strategy's total Bitcoin holdings to 717,722 BTC, solidifying its position among the largest corporate holders of the cryptocurrency.

Strategy funded the purchase through at-the-market sales of its Class A common stock, as reported in a separate SEC filing on February 22, 2026. The company disclosed that it sold 297,940 shares for approximately $39.7 million during the same week, using the proceeds to fund the Bitcoin acquisition.
