Estonia FSA Issues Warning Against Zondacrypto Over MiCA Violation

The Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority (FSA) has taken action against Zondacrypto, issuing an investor warning against BB Trade Estonia OÜ, its licensed operator.

The warning is related to the exchange's listing of a token called 'TeamPL' without a publicly accessible white paper on its website. This breach was found in direct contravention of the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework, specifically Article 9(1).

As an EU member state, Estonia is obligated to enforce MiCA across all crypto-asset service providers operating under its licensing regime.
