XRP Spot ETFs Projected to Reach $4.5 Billion in Short-Term Value

The growth of XRP spot ETFs has been significant in recent months, with a cumulative total net inflow of $1.42 billion at the time of writing. According to Grayscale's Managing Director of Research, Zach Pandl, this trend is expected to continue, with the XRP spot ETF potentially reaching $4.5 billion in short-term value.

Pandl attributes the growth to diversification in crypto portfolios, with investors seeking to spread their risk across different assets. He notes that Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs have maintained their unique trends, but also points out that 5-6% of the monthly circulating supplies held in these ETFs could serve as benchmarks for XRP ETFs.

In terms of market capitalization, XRP's total circulating supply is approximately $75.5 billion. Based on Pandl's estimation, if the XRP spot ETF were to reach 6% of this value, it would be equivalent to around $4.5 billion.
