The team will focus on AI, advanced semiconductors, quantum computing, and nuclear power. In the near term, they will push forward Trump's new national AI framework.

As Sacks steps down from his role as crypto czar, the future of this position remains uncertain. Experts worry that his departure may slow down key initiatives, including the Clarity Act and the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. It is unclear whether a new crypto czar will be appointed to replace him.
