BlackRock Revives Crypto Buying Spree with $38.9 Million BTC and ETH Purchase

BlackRock has resumed its accumulation of cryptocurrencies, purchasing $38.9 million in BTC and ETH.

This move comes after a period of significant outflows from Bitcoin ETFs, with U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs experiencing their worst weekly outflow since February 2025.

The iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF, set to trade on Nasdaq under BITA, is nearing launch and will hold bitcoin and IBIT.
