Ripple Bolsters Crypto Security with North Korea Threat Intelligence Sharing
Ripple has joined forces with Crypto ISAC to combat North Korea-linked cyber threats in the cryptocurrency industry.
The collaboration enables Crypto ISAC members to access Ripple's high-confidence threat intelligence, which includes fraud-related domains, wallets, and indicators of compromise tied to active campaigns. This shared data is enriched with context and identity details, allowing security teams to assess applicants, contractors, and vendors before granting access.
The partnership highlights the growing need for collective defense against coordinated threats in the crypto space. As attackers increasingly target people rather than software flaws, hiring and vendor screening become critical components of a robust security posture.
