Baiya International Group Inc. Launches Cryptocurrency Ark Plan for Global Voters

Baiya International Group Inc., a cloud-based internet platform for human resource solutions, has introduced the Cryptocurrency Ark Plan to engage global voters in its next phase of digital asset allocation. The plan, which will be executed through a one-week global vote on the company's official X platform from March 30 to April 5, aims to capture market sentiment and trend changes more effectively.

The voting mechanism presents two representative digital assets: Binance Coin (BNB) and Official Trump (TRUMP). These assets reflect contrasting value logics in today's digital asset market. The selection of these assets is expected to enable the company to build a stronger community foundation and broader market recognition for subsequent execution.

According to the plan, 50% of realized gains will be allocated towards repurchasing the company's shares to strengthen its capital return mechanism. This approach is designed to optimize capital allocation efficiency amid market volatility and enhance value per share.
