The Open Wallet Standard addresses the pressing need for standardization in AI agent wallet usage, allowing for seamless interactions between different blockchain networks. MoonPay has released the code under an MIT license on GitHub, npm, and PyPI, ensuring that developers can freely use and modify it.

More than 15 prominent organizations, including PayPal, Circle, OKX, Ripple, the Ethereum Foundation, and the Solana Foundation, have endorsed this initiative. This widespread support underscores the importance of a standardized framework for AI agent wallets.
