A cryptocurrency trader has made headlines by turning an initial investment of $2,330 into over $614,500 in just hours. The trader purchased 14.2 million ANSEM tokens for approximately $2,330 on June 28, according to the latest on-chain data retrieved by Finbold from Lookonchain.

The token, SoylanaManletCaptainZ (ANSEM), surged in value after a social media controversy surrounding crypto influencer Ansem's criticism of Solana token launchpad Pump.fun. The narrative quickly spread across crypto social media, triggering a wave of speculative buying that pushed ANSEM's market capitalization from the low millions to over $55 million.

The trader gradually took profits while retaining a significant position, with around 70% of the original holdings remaining in the wallet. This leaves the trader exposed to any further upside as the token continues to be highly volatile and sensitive to changes in market sentiment.
