Web3 Job Market Faces Talent Access Challenge, Not Shortage

Bitget's Web3 Next-Gen Talent Intelligence Report reveals that over half of aspiring Web3 professionals struggle to land their first job. The study found that 54% of respondents identified prior experience requirements for junior positions as a significant barrier to entering the industry.

The report, which surveyed aspiring and early-career professionals across multiple regions, also highlighted the need for more practical industry exposure in blockchain education. Nearly 46% of participants were between the ages of 23 and 30 years, while over 58% held Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degrees.

According to Bitget CEO Gracy Chen, 'the industry has succeeded in attracting talent globally. The challenge now is converting talent into employment.'
