Chainlink Expands APAC Equities Coverage with Major Asian Company Feeds

Chainlink has expanded its real-world asset data infrastructure into Asia-Pacific equities with the launch of APAC Equities Streams. The new service brings live on-chain price data from South Korean and Japanese equity markets for major companies including Samsung Electronics, Toyota Motor, Sony, and SK Hynix.

The feeds deliver low-latency equity data that can be used for derivatives, risk management, and tokenized finance products. This is a significant move, as it marks the expansion of Chainlink's data infrastructure beyond US equities, which were launched earlier.

The APAC Equities Streams are designed to provide reliable inputs for DeFi protocols building equity perpetuals, spot markets, or prediction markets that need exposure to traditional assets on-chain. Chainlink plans to expand its RWA data infrastructure into China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan in the future.
