XRP Price Predictions: What's Next for the Cryptocurrency?
XRP's price has been on a rollercoaster ride since its cycle high of $3.65 in July 2025. Despite reaching commodity status, having seven spot ETFs, and a stablecoin with over $3 billion in Ripple acquisitions, the cryptocurrency has fallen to $1.40.
This decline is attributed to macroeconomic factors such as the US and Israel's strikes on Iran, oil prices rising above $93, and Bitcoin crashing towards $60,000. As XRP follows Bitcoin roughly 80% of the time, its price also plummeted.
However, analysts predict three possible scenarios for XRP's price by 2027. The bullish scenario suggests it could reach $7-$8, while the base scenario predicts a price range of $3.50-$5. The bearish scenario is more pessimistic, with a potential fall to $1.80-$2.40.
The key factor that could impact XRP's price is whether ETF flows shift from retail to institutional investors. If institutions start showing interest in XRP, it could lead to a significant price increase and make $1.40 an attractive entry point for investors.
