KuCoin, a major cryptocurrency exchange, has entered into a settlement with the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The agreement comes as part of ongoing efforts by the exchange to address regulatory concerns.
According to sources familiar with the matter, KuCoin will pay $500,000 to the CFTC in order to settle the case. This sum serves as a clear indication that the exchange is willing to work with regulators to resolve outstanding issues.
