Swiss Bank BancaStato Expands Crypto Services to Customers

Swiss bank BancaStato has expanded its services to include regulated cryptocurrency trading. The bank's partnership with Sygnum allows customers to buy, hold, and sell Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and Solana (SOL) through the bank's web and mobile apps.

The service utilizes Sygnum's B2B platform integrated with Avaloq's core banking system. This integration enables BancaStato to offer crypto trading without a separate order management system, improving scalability, risk management, and operational efficiency.
