H100 Group AB Set to Acquire Norway-Based Bitcoin Firms

H100 Group AB, a company listed in Europe, has announced its intention to acquire two Norway-based Bitcoin companies. According to the agreement, Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS will be merged with H100 without any dilution of existing shareholders' bitcoin exposure.

The strategic acquisition is expected to increase H100's holdings from 1,051 to approximately 3,501 bitcoin, positioning it as a leading listed treasury company in Europe. The deal aims to integrate the expertise of Norwegian Bitcoin pioneers while maintaining H100's current listing structure and health tech operations.
