Banca Sella Leads the Charge on Regulated Crypto Services

Banca Sella has completed the notification process with the Bank of Italy, making it the first Italian bank to offer cryptocurrency-related services under the European Union's MiCA framework.

The bank plans to launch digital asset custody and transfer services by the end of 2026, initially targeting specific categories of customers. This move positions Banca Sella ahead of other Italian financial institutions in embracing regulated crypto offerings.
