Ripple Nears Full EU Regulatory Approval with Preliminary CASP License

Ripple has received preliminary approval from the CSSF, Luxembourg's financial regulator, to operate as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP).

This is a significant step towards fully operating under MiCA rules, which would grant Ripple access to all 30 countries of the European Economic Area.

Ripple already has more than 75 licenses worldwide and over $95 billion has passed through its payment network, but in Europe, global experience alone is not enough.
