Bitcoin Surges Past $67,000 as US-Iran Tensions Ease
Bitcoin's price surged by nearly 4% to around $67,000 on June 14th, as easing US-Iran tensions boosted sentiment across crypto and equity markets.
The improvement in geopolitical conditions helped Bitcoin break above the $64,000 resistance level, with investors becoming more optimistic about the cryptocurrency's prospects.
Strategy, a notable investor, disclosed that it purchased 1,587 Bitcoin for approximately $100 million between June 8th and June 14th, increasing its total holdings to 846,842 BTC.
The firm's shares rose over 9%, while Strive Asset Management gained nearly 16% and Coinbase, Robinhood, and Circle each advanced more than 5%.
