Sol Strategies Acquires HoudiniSwap in $18 Million Deal

Sol Strategies Inc. (STKE) has made a significant move by acquiring HoudiniSwap, a cross-chain swap aggregator, in an $18 million deal. This acquisition is expected to strengthen Sol Strategies' presence in the Solana blockchain ecosystem and provide immediate revenue streams.

The deal includes cash, shares, and structured payments, valuing HoudiniSwap at $18 million. The company processed over $2.5 billion in cumulative volume across more than 100 blockchain networks and integrates with over 18 decentralized exchanges and multiple self-custodial wallets.

Sol Strategies plans to expand its role within the Solana ecosystem by adding cross-chain liquidity tools, which will support broader institutional participation and improve execution efficiency across networks.
