Ethereum to Unite Wall Street and Crypto, Tom Lee Predicts

Tom Lee, a well-known crypto and financial expert, has reiterated his prediction that Ethereum will be at the center of the convergence between traditional finance and cryptocurrency. According to Lee, this convergence is inevitable, with both markets moving closer together.

Lee's comments come as Bitmine's Ethereum treasury continues to grow, holding over 5.74 million ETH, equivalent to about 4.8% of the total supply. This represents a significant increase from previous reports, demonstrating Bitmine's commitment to Ethereum and its potential.

In his remarks, Lee linked Ethereum's outlook to the CLARITY Act, which is expected to advance through Congress. He believes that clearer rules could support smart contract platforms as digital assets become more integrated into payment systems and financial services.

Lee also pointed to existing commercial activity on Ethereum layer-2 networks, including companies like Shopify and Visa processing USDC-related activity through these scaling networks.
