CZ emphasized that each Bitcoin cycle includes sharp expansions followed by deep corrections. However, this time around, institutional participation and a more mature derivatives landscape are helping stabilize long-term growth even during periods of volatility.
The current market environment is characterized by increased adoption, including regulated futures markets, spot ETFs, custody solutions, and a significantly more mature derivatives landscape. This has helped reduce some of the extreme volatility historically associated with Bitcoin.
