The yield farming landscape has been rapidly evolving in recent times, with various projects competing for dominance. To determine the top contenders, Santiment analyzed development activity across several platforms.

Based on their findings, DeFiChain ($DFI) takes the top spot, closely followed by Aave ($AAVE), Yearn ($YFI), and Beefy ($BIFI). These four projects have consistently demonstrated strong development momentum over the past month.

The next six projects – Gearbox ($GEAR), Inverse ($INV), YieldBasis ($YB), QuickSwap ($QUICK), DeFi Yield ($DYP), and SushiSwap ($SUSHI) – also show significant activity, but at a lower level than the top four. It's worth noting that Santiment's rankings are based on GitHub activity data from project repositories, which provides valuable insights into development trends.
