Coinbase Reports Strong Earnings Amid Regulatory Uncertainty

Coinbase Global Inc., the leading cryptocurrency exchange in the United States, has announced impressive third-quarter earnings. The company's revenue rose 55% to $1.9 billion, driven by higher subscription and services income tied to growth in average USDC balances and blockchain rewards.

The exchange also reported net income of $433 million and adjusted EBITDA of $801 million. However, despite these strong results, analysts are tempering their expectations due to ongoing regulatory uncertainty and weakening trading activity.
