Trump's Crypto Income Soars to $1.43 Billion, Exceeding Traditional Business Earnings

US President Donald Trump reported $2.2 billion in income for 2025, a significant increase from his previous year's earnings. A substantial portion of this income came from cryptocurrency ventures, which accounted for over $1.4 billion of the total.

The largest entries in Trump's crypto-related income included $635 million in royalties linked to Celebration Coins and more than $500 million from World Liberty Financial. Trump founded World Liberty Financial with his family members before returning to the White House in January 2025, along with the sons of US special envoy Steve Witkoff.

Trump's reported business income was about 5,500 times his annual presidential salary of $400,000. His traditional businesses continued to produce tens of millions of dollars during 2025, though they accounted for a smaller share of his reported income than cryptocurrency.
