Ethereum Supply Tightens as Institutional Conviction Builds
Ethereum's supply structure is undergoing a significant shift as institutional conviction builds and staking growth accelerates. According to CryptoQuant data, the staking ratio has risen to 32.1%, with nearly 39 million ETH moving into validators.
This represents a clear shift towards long-term holding, driven by participants seeking yield and network participation as volatility stabilizes. As a result, Exchange Reserves have declined to around 14.9 million ETH, reducing the liquid supply available for selling.
The contraction in liquid supply limits immediate downside pressure, allowing the price to remain stable even during weaker sentiment phases. Meanwhile, validator growth persists across cycles, reinforcing confidence in Ethereum's long-term utility.
