Optiver Invests in Crypto and AI Venture Capital Firm Eden Block

Optiver Holding BV, a Dutch market maker based in Amsterdam, has made an equity investment in Eden Block, a venture capital firm focused on cryptocurrency and artificial intelligence.

The investment is intended to provide Optiver with exposure to early-stage companies operating in these areas, which Michael Lepa, Optiver's Head of Technology Ecosystem and Innovation, believes have the potential to revolutionize the underlying infrastructure of trading and capital markets.
