Bhutan Sells Half Its Bitcoin Holdings on Binance

Bhutan's government has transferred 533 BTC to Binance, leaving approximately 1750 BTC in state-linked wallets. The transfer comes after a recent halt in inflow of coins into the national fund.

The country's bitcoin reserves were built using surplus hydroelectric power for mining. At least four cryptocurrency mining sites continue to operate with government funding.
