BPMG Acquires Cooking Adventure IP for Blockchain Gaming Ecosystem

BPMG, a blockchain gaming company, has made a significant move in the industry by acquiring joint global IP ownership of Cooking Adventure, a long-running cooking simulation game. The game, which was originally developed by Grampus, has gained a massive following since its launch in 2016 with over 33 million downloads worldwide.

The acquisition marks a major milestone for BPMG as it now controls the development, operations, and global business activity of the game. As part of the agreement, the full development team behind Cooking Adventure will transition to BPMG, ensuring that the gameplay style familiar to existing players is maintained while allowing continued content updates.

The company plans to integrate Cooking Adventure into its GemHUB blockchain gaming ecosystem, which will run on GemHUB infrastructure and use the GHUB token for in-game utility and rewards. This move is part of BPMG's broader efforts to expand partnerships across the blockchain gaming sector, including collaborations with Sony Group Soneium Layer 2, LINE NEXT Mini Dapp Portal, and the XPLA blockchain network.
