Google Validates Algorand's Post-Quantum Security, But BMIC Offers Alternative Solution
Algorand has been recognized by Google Quantum AI as one of the most advanced chains when it comes to post-quantum security. The study highlighted Algorand's integration of post-quantum security into its core protocol, which allows for PQ-secure state proofs since 2022 and over 140,000 quantum-resistant transactions on mainnet.
However, BMIC offers an alternative solution by providing a quantum-safe finance stack that protects individual user wallets. The platform uses signature-hiding architecture to shield public keys from 'harvest now, decrypt later' attacks. This means that every transaction made through BMIC is secure and protected against future quantum computer threats.
BMIC's wallet-first model provides a complete solution for end-users, including quantum-secure staking, PQC-protected payment card systems, and AI-driven threat detection. For institutions, the platform offers Quantum Security-as-a-Service. Algorand proved that post-quantum security can be built into a layer-1 blockchain, but BMIC is taking it to the next level by delivering direct protection to end-users.
