CME Group XRP Futures Reach Record Notional Volume

The CME Group has made a significant milestone in the world of cryptocurrency derivatives by reporting nearly $63 billion in notional trading volume for XRP futures within its first year.

This figure, which stands at around $62.87 billion as of May 15, indicates steady institutional participation in regulated crypto derivatives markets, with over 1.3 million contracts traded during the period. The average daily trading volume reached approximately $238 million, a significant increase from earlier times.
