Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has partnered with BlockShoals Technologies to operate in the Philippines.

The partnership follows more than two years of regulatory engagement between Binance and the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

BlockShoals Technologies is a registered Crypto Asset Intermediary under the SEC's Crypto Asset Service Provider rules, and will serve as Binance's local service provider in the Philippines.
