Binance CEO Reports 589% Surge in Blockchain-Backed Real-World Assets

Richard Teng, CEO of Binance, has announced significant growth in real-world assets on blockchain. According to him, there's been a 589% increase since early 2025.

This growth is evident across various asset classes, including public equities and bonds. Public equities have surged by 422%, while bonds and money market funds have increased by $6.5 billion, reflecting an 83% rise.

Teng also noted growth in newer asset types, such as reinsurance and GPU tokenization, which gained 72%. This momentum in asset tokenization could indicate a significant shift in how traditional assets are managed and traded on blockchain platforms.
