Kastxyz Surpasses RedotPay as Crypto Card Spending Leader

KASTxyz, a payment platform founded in 2023, has surpassed RedotPay as the largest player in the crypto card spending market. On July 20, KASTxyz processed $14 million in single-day transaction volume, outpacing RedotPay and setting a new record for daily crypto card spending across the sector.

The total daily transaction volume on July 20 reached a record $36.82 million, with KASTxyz accounting for around 38% of that figure. This marks a significant shift in market dominance, as RedotPay had consistently held more than half the market share through the spring.

KAST's growth has been rapid, with its monthly transaction volume increasing by 13.7% from $175 million in May to $199 million in June. The company now operates in over 170 countries and is accepted at around 150 million merchants through the Visa network, having crossed the 1 million user mark.

The sector's growth trajectory is notable, with combined volumes across platforms already reaching hundreds of millions of dollars by June. This trend suggests that crypto payments are becoming increasingly mainstream, with KASTxyz and RedotPay leading the charge.
