1inch Launches Initiative to Upskill Future of Finance Workforce

DeFi platform 1inch has announced its latest initiative, '1inch Forward', which aims to bridge the skills gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance. According to 1inch's research, there is an increasing demand for blockchain careers, with searches for 'Blockchain Jobs' and 'Crypto Jobs' rising by 84% and 133% respectively.

The initiative includes an open letter to top business and law schools, calling on them to integrate digital assets, blockchain fundamentals, and DeFi mechanisms into their curricula. The letter warns that graduates who lack practical digital asset literacy risk being left behind as major financial institutions increasingly adopt these technologies.
