Bitwise Expands Institutional Staking Capabilities Through Chorus One Acquisition

Bitwise Asset Management has made a significant move in the institutional staking space by acquiring Chorus One, a well-established provider of professional staking services. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Bitwise's position in the growing institutional crypto market and provide clients with broader access to yield-generating opportunities across various blockchain networks.

The combined entity now supports staking on over 30 proof-of-stake networks, including Solana, Avalanche, Sui, TON, Aptos, and others. This expanded network coverage is expected to meet the growing demand for professional staking services from institutional investors, family offices, and financial platforms.

The acquisition also brings nearly 50 experienced blockchain professionals on board, who will join Bitwise's existing team of over 150 employees. The combined entity is now well-positioned to provide clients with a comprehensive range of staking solutions and research capabilities.
