Kraken Parent Payward Teams Up with GTN for Tokenized Equities Push

Kraken's parent company Payward has formed a partnership with fintech infrastructure provider GTN to launch tokenized equities through its xStocks framework.

The collaboration aims to broaden access to global capital markets by integrating GTN's execution and liquidity capabilities with the xStocks tokenized asset rails.

xStocks, developed by Payward, is designed to issue tokenized representations of traditional stocks that can be traded on-chain. The partnership couples GTN's multi-asset trading infrastructure with Payward's blockchain-based equities framework.
