Grayscale Proposes Spot TAO ETF on NYSE Arca

Grayscale has made a bold move in the world of decentralized finance (DeFi) by filing a proposal to launch a spot TAO ETF on the NYSE Arca.

The proposed ETF, if approved, would allow institutional investors such as pension funds and family offices to gain exposure to TAO tokens through regulated exchange channels. This would eliminate the need for wallet management and private key handling, making it easier for these investors to participate in the decentralized AI market.

The filing is significant because it follows a similar regulatory path as Bitcoin and Ethereum's ETF conversions. Both of these cryptocurrencies saw their prices surge after the approval of their respective ETFs, with Bitcoin rising from $25K to $73K and Ethereum experiencing a similar increase.
