ETHZilla Rebrands as Forum Markets Amid Share Price Decline

ETHZilla, a firm previously known for its Ethereum-focused strategy, has undergone a significant transformation. The company will now operate under the name Forum Markets and trade under the ticker symbol 'FRMM' on the Nasdaq Capital Market from March 2.

This move marks a departure from ETHZilla's earlier approach, which involved positioning its shares as a public proxy for Ethereum. However, this strategy faltered as the company's share price declined sharply, leading to a significant reduction in its crypto holdings.

Under the new Forum Markets name, the company plans to develop tokenized products backed by real-world assets, using regulated infrastructure rather than holding large crypto positions on its balance sheet.
