BlackRock Adds $706M in Crypto Holdings with Coinbase Deposits

BlackRock made significant cryptocurrency deposits into Coinbase on June 30th. The financial giant transferred 4,385 BTC and 30,725 ETH to the exchange, totaling 11,817 BTC in value of approximately $706 million over two days.

This is not the first time BlackRock has moved large amounts of Bitcoin to Coinbase, with consistent large transfers observed in the past year as the firm manages client exposure amid shifting institutional flows.
