Digital Asset Investment Products Attract Record-Breaking Capital Inflow

The cryptocurrency market has been experiencing a surge in investor enthusiasm, with digital asset investment products recording a significant increase in capital inflows over the past week. According to recent data, these investment products have attracted a net inflow of $1.06 billion, marking the third consecutive week of capital influxes into crypto investment products.

This trend is largely driven by Bitcoin-based funds, which accounted for 75% of the total inflows with a net inflow of $793 million. The attractiveness of Bitcoin as a safe-haven asset has been bolstered since the Iran conflict started, contributing to its increased popularity among investors.

While other digital assets such as Ethereum have also seen capital inflows, XRP products have experienced outflows worth $76 million over the week, suggesting cautious investor sentiment towards this particular asset class.
