Altcoin Market in Bearish Grip: XRP, ADA, SOL Vulnerable to Further Losses
The altcoin market is experiencing a bearish trend, with XRP, ADA, and SOL trading in the red. Ripple's price has been capped below its 50-day EMA at $1.1575, while Cardano remains in a downward trend for the tenth day. Solana has also fallen below its 50-day EMA at $76.59.
XRP is nearing the $1.00 psychological threshold and could target the 127.2% and 161.8% Fibonacci extension levels if it slips below. Momentum indicators, such as the RSI and MACD, are losing strength and risk crossing below their signal lines. Initial resistance for XRP is seen at the overhead trendline near the 50% retracement at $1.14.
Cardano's price has been capped by its 50-day EMA at $0.1802, while Solana trades below its 50-day EMA at $76.66. The key support for SOL is at the $67.50 horizontal level, which helped trigger a rebound on June 26.
