Crypto ETF Outflows Weigh on Bitcoin and Ethereum Markets

Crypto exchange-traded fund (ETF) outflows have intensified in recent days, putting pressure on both Bitcoin and Ethereum markets. According to market data, institutional investors have been reducing their exposure to these large-cap cryptocurrencies, leading to a surge in ETF sales.

Bitcoin ETFs sold nearly seven days' worth of mined supply, while Ethereum funds recorded over $121 million in outflows. BlackRock was the largest contributor to Bitcoin ETF sales, selling approximately 2,420 BTC valued at around $177.94 million. Fidelity Investments and Grayscale Investments also reported significant Bitcoin sales.

On the other hand, some altcoins have been attracting fresh institutional capital. XRP ETFs added nearly $1.77 million in inflows, while Solana products attracted over $484,370 in investment. Chainlink and HYPE ETFs also posted positive daily inflows.
