Bitcoin Analysts Turn Bearish as Cryptoquant CEO Predicts $70,000 Recovery
Despite some top Bitcoin analysts turning bearish, Cryptoquant CEO Ki Young Ju remains one of the few bullish voices in the market. In recent weeks, Bitcoin's price has dropped significantly, falling to around $64,000 after starting the year at over $89,000.
Ju warns that the current slump may continue into early 2027 due to a lack of unrealized profits needed for a strong rally. He also cautions that prolonged stagnation, or 'market boredom,' poses a greater risk than a sharp crash, potentially leading to diminished investor interest and slower market activity.
Ju remains optimistic about Bitcoin's future prospects, predicting a recovery to around $70,000. This prediction comes despite the current bearish sentiment among top analysts, who are attributing the price drop to various factors, including geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
