Arbitrum DAO Governance Proposal Seeks Release of Frozen ETH

A governance proposal has been submitted to the Arbitrum DAO, aiming to address a pressing issue in the ecosystem. According to the proposal, ETH previously frozen by the Arbitrum Security Council due to the rsETH incident would be released and injected into DeFi United.

The proposal has garnered support from Aave service providers and various stakeholders, including Ether_fi, KelpDAO, LayerZero_Core, and compound_xyz.

By injecting these funds into DeFi United, the proposal seeks to restore rsETH collateral assets and compensate user losses. The proposal is currently open for review and feedback from the Arbitrum community.
