Cardano Expands Blockchain Reach in Latin America with University Partnership
The Cardano Foundation has made significant strides in promoting blockchain adoption in South America with its recent partnership with the University of Brasília (UnB). This collaboration marks an important milestone in launching the first Cardano Project Development Lab in Latin America.
The lab, established by the Cardano Foundation, will serve as a foundation for future blockchain-related research and education within the community. It aims to connect the academic research community with real-life cases of decentralized applications (dApps) and foster local talent in Brazil.
As part of its strategy to eliminate barriers to entry, the Foundation has translated all its Academy materials into Brazilian Portuguese and created a Cardano Blockchain Certified Associate Course. This initiative is designed to develop a local talent pool for development and research.
